The sketch shows a schematic structure of a device with a vacuum pump. It is made up of basic units vacuum generator, monitoring and control and a suction pad unit. The vacuum generator is a vacuum pump without lubrication, it is characteristically for this standard series. The vacuum pump continues its procedure after a sufficient vacuum level has been reached. This mode of operation does not affect the durabili ty of the vacuum pump. There are nearly no disadvantages in po wer consumption, the power input reduces with an increasing vacuum level. Due to the small construction method, it is possible to produce the devices with an AC voltage of 230 V, 50 H z
